The hotel had just been decorated and was clean and tidy, albeit a bit small. Being able to choose what we wanted for breakfast was a nice touch. We want to thank Katherine and her staff for taking care of us, and we look forward to booking there again soon.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, being so close to the main shopping area, amusements, drinking outlets, and the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff, especially Katherine, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect for exploring Skegness, although there were minor issues with the size of the room. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to returning.
